The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and will not be divulged. Your credit card information is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web-server.

Return Policy
When paying by card, cash refunds are not permitted. Return procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.
The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of goods - within seven days;

Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its trade dress, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved;
The consumer has no right to refuse goods of proper quality, which have individually specific properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person who acquires it;
When the consumer rejects the goods, the seller must return the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's presentation of the relevant requirement;

To get a refund to the bank card, you must fill out the "Money Refund Application", which is sent upon request by the company to the e-mail address and send it, along with a copy of your passport, to mod@modconf.com.
The refund will be credited to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date of receipt of the "Application for Refund" by the Company.

To get the refund for transactions made in error, you must apply in writing and enclose a copy of your passport and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous debit. This application must be sent to mod@modconf.com.
The amount of refund will be equal to the amount of purchase. The time for consideration of the Application and refund begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends.

Rules of goods delivery
Presence of information about goods delivery (receipt of work, service), such as terms, methods, as well as any other information, necessary for getting clear idea about goods delivery (receipt of work, service) after payment by card, on the electronic store window of Internet-shop.

Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy

If you have paid for participation in the event, but circumstances have changed and you will not be able to participate, you must send a request for a refund to mod@modconf.com no later than one day before the event. It is necessary to specify your full bank details (name, bank branch name, BIK, account number).
Cash refund is not accepted for payments by cards. Return procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.


If the goods were paid by bank card - the refund for goods or services paid by bank card is made only to the card of the client who paid for the goods. If at the moment of returning the goods the client's card ceased its validity (lost, expired, returned to the bank), the refund can be made to another card of the same client or to the bank account at the request of the client.

The sum of refund will be equal to the sum of purchase. Term of consideration of the Application and refund begins to be calculated from the date of receipt by the Company of the Application and is calculated in working days without taking into account holidays / days off.

The actual time of refund to the buyer's bank card takes from 3 to 5 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 40 days, depending on the issuing bank that issued the card.
